Refund/Return policy
Look, we hate talking about refunds because it means something went sideways. But we need rules so nobody’s confused.
Who we are –

You’ve got 3 days after paying to change your mind. But if we start the project before those 3 days are up, the window closes right then. Refunds only happen within 3 days of payment OR before we begin work, whichever comes first. After that, your deposit pays for the time we’ve already blocked off for you.
How does that actually work
If you hire us for a website or app: You pay the 50% deposit so we can put you on the schedule. If you email us 2 days later saying “never mind” and we haven’t had the kickoff, call yet, we’ll send it back. We’ll eat the Stripe fee ourselves. Fair?
But if we already jumped on a call, made a sitemap, or opened Figma, even if it’s only been 24 hours, that deposit is spent. We don’t hold time for free. If you cancel later, you still owe for whatever hours we put in.
SEO, ads, monthly maintenance, same deal. The first month is prepaid. If you cancel on day 2 and we haven’t touched your Google account yet, we’ll refund. If we’ve already done the audit or changed a single meta tag, that month is yours. You can still stop before next month’s bills.
Logo or one-off design: If no sketches have been sent and you’re still in that 3-day window, we’ll refund. Once you see concept #1, the money’s earned.
Stuff we can’t refund, ever
- Domains, hosting, app store fees, paid plugins, if we bought it for you, Apple and GoDaddy won’t give it back to us either.
- Work you already approved. If we finish the homepage and you sign off, that milestone is done.
- Rush fees. If we bumped other clients and worked the weekend for you, that cost is real.
Note: If we realize we can’t do your project after you’ve paid, maybe it needs tech we don’t support, you get 100% back. Even if it’s been 2 weeks. That one’s on us, and we’ll try to refer you to someone who can help.
Need a refund?
Just email hello@mooredigitech.com. Tell me your name and invoice #. If you’re inside that 3-day / pre-work window, I’ll push it through within 5 business days. Your bank might take another week to show it. Nothing I can do about that part.
And hey, please don’t file a chargeback without talking to us. Banks make us send screenshots of every email and time log. It’s a nightmare for both of us. We’re actual people. We’ll work it out.
This might change
If we update this page, the date at the top changes. It won’t affect the money you’ve already paid.
